There's a whole new era of exercise equipment at the YMCA in Rutland.
Leslie, from OV1039, went along to try out this modern, healthy living option.
It's called an EGYM: a circuit of hi-tech machines that remember who you are and automatically adjusts to your own workout.
It's the only one of its kind in all of Western Canada.
