It's playtime!
It's time for you to tinkle those ivories!
Pianos in the Parks is back for its eleventh year in Kelowna.
Leslie from OV1039 gave things a try - after decades of pianistic inactivity- and also checked out someone who really knows how to play!
But the whole idea is to let loose on those keys - whether you're an amateur or a pro!
Seven pianos have been tuned up and beautifully painted by local artists. They're positioned across the city for you to enjoy.
Aidan Christopher Gross, an instructor with Wentworth Music, entertained passers-by at Laurel Square on Ellis Street with a number of classical pieces.
The pianos are placed in high profile, accessible, public spaces throughout downtown Kelowna and Rutland to encourage residents and visitors to showcase their ‘inner Mozart’.
