Toby meets local high schoolers set for Canada Cup
Going for national title
Toby from Beach Mornings on 103.1 Beach Radio recently caught up with the local coaches and players as they ran some light drills ahead of the U18 Canada Cup in Winnipeg.
The tournament starts July 11.
Four local high school players are have been included in the BC roster: Marshall Daniel, Offensive Lineman, (Rutland Secondary School), Chayse Schlachter, Wide Receiver (Okanagan Mission Secondary School), Kingson Trevis, Linebacker (Kelowna Secondary School) and Avery Robertson, Defensive Lineman (Kelowna Secondary School.) Coach Rob Ellis is based in Armstrong.
The young players were good enough to include Toby in some fun moves.
